Worst place for getting a passport! I had to wait for more than an hour and I was the first and only person getting a passport. The staff told me they are short of workers, but even though they are not busy, the other staff just disapear. Sometimes it just makes you wonder why private sectors do better than goverment sectors.
Okay, so I came for the passport, the hours state it's from 10 am to 1 pm Saturdays, showed up at 11 am only to be told they're not accepting more passport because they got 10 for the day. Came 2 days later, at 9:45 am just in case, it was not until 10:45 when finally someone came over to help. Mind you, I was the first and only person there for passport. I am not sure what policy they are running but it's horrible methods to be used.
Worst experience ever! If I could give them 0 stars I would! Go there for passports which hours stated from 10-3 but there was no one there that could help! And the clerk who was working the counter was lazy and didn't look like he even wanted to be there! Will never go back there again!

Ohh, I also overheard how the next day there was gonna be noone for passport, so If anyone came the day after me it's completely screw without notice.
Worst place worst workers so unfriendly. I work in customer service and know what it's like and these people were rude to me for no reason. Went at 11 for a passport, hours state walk in from 10-230 and they told me they were on lunch and to come back at 2 to maybe be helped. So lazy and unfriendly it was literally empty and they just all didn't want to help. I went to Edisons post office on Kilmer road instead the facility was amazing and I was done in 10 minuets. Definitely go there NOT carteret.
